On the banks of the Schelde-Rijn canal in Rilland, solar Park Rilland has officially opened. With its 11.75 Megawatt peak, the park in the municipality of Reimerswaal (Zeeland) is Europe’s largest bifacial solar park.

Unisun Energy, located in Rotterdam, has developed and built the solar park in collaboration with Maatschap Hopmans from Woensdrecht.

Mrs. Yisha He, founder of Unisun Energy Group, paid a special visit to the Netherlands to officially inaugurate the park in front of a large number of guests. In her speech, she expressed her appreciation for the Dutch Unisun team and all parties involved who have contributed to the realization of the park.

In the meantime, the Rotterdam branch of Unisun Energy is busy preparing the next projects in the Netherlands, including the construction of a large-scale solar park at Rotterdam The Hague Airport (approximately 13 megawatt peak).
